Creamier Mac n Cheese

Instead of milk use a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt. 
 
Viola!  Creamy, smooth and, perhaps, healthier mac n cheese!  

And while I'm sharing kitchen tips... Does anyone else do this?  When I was little I noticed one of our friend's family stored all their leftovers this way.  So simple!  Just stack small plates on top of bowls and you have instant, reusable, stackable food storage.
