Healthy Heart Shaped Peanut Butter Apple
Here's a healthy way to say " I Love You" on Valentines Day or whenever you're feeling extra mushy. Cut an apple in half, use a spoon to scoop out the core in a heart shape and fill with peanut butter. Rub a bit of honey or lemon juice on the cut surface of the apple to keep it from turning brown. Then cut any shape you'd like out of wax paper and place it between the two halves.
